The couple will need to submit notarized copies of their birth certificates and driver’s license. If there is any divorce or death certificates, these should be notarized and submitted too. I need to get these at least one month before the date of the wedding. After the wedding, in about a month I will supply two (2) copies af their official marriage certificates. It will be sent by courier to any address they supply.
